Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

HEAS may be used only for lawful hotel and business equipment-accountability purposes.

Prohibited Use

Users may not use HEAS to violate law or privacy rights; gain unauthorized access; probe, disrupt or overload systems; distribute malicious code; misrepresent identity or authority; scrape or extract data without authorization; or use the service to harass, threaten, defraud or harm others.

Security

Customers must use reasonable security practices, maintain authorized access, promptly disable accounts that should no longer have access, and report suspected compromise.

Enforcement

Blue Sky AI Automation may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service, or others.
