Overview

Blue Sky AI Automation operates HEAS™, a hotel equipment accountability service branded by Blue Sky AssetFlow. This policy describes the categories of information that may be processed when customers use HEAS or contact us.

Information We May Collect

We may collect business contact information, account and authentication information, property configuration information, employee identifiers supplied by a customer, asset and custody transaction data, security/audit logs, device or station information, support communications, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.

How Information Is Used

Information may be used to provide and secure HEAS, authenticate authorized users, maintain custody and audit records, support customers, improve reliability, communicate about the service, comply with law, and protect the rights and security of customers and the service.

Customer Data

Hotels and other customers determine the operational data they submit to HEAS. Customers are responsible for having an appropriate basis to provide employee and operational information to the service and for configuring access appropriately.

Sharing and Service Providers

We may use service providers for hosting, communications, security, support, analytics, payment processing, or other business operations. We do not state that customer information is sold. Production subprocessors and practices should be reviewed and documented before commercial launch.

Retention and Security

Information is retained as reasonably necessary for service delivery, contractual obligations, security, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. HEAS is designed to use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship with a HEAS customer, you may have rights concerning personal information. Requests may be sent to hello@heascloud.com. Employee requests involving hotel-controlled data may need to be handled through the employer/customer.
